Acetyl Tyrosine can have a positive effect on the neurotransmitters epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine so if often used to enhance mood and well-being. It can also be used to assist dieting by suppressing the appetite.

Dosage:

A typical dose of Acetyl Tyrosine is between 100mg and 1g per day.
Note a flat 5ml scoop included provides 3.3g of Acetyl Tyrosine.

Directions:

Acetyl Tyrosine is generally used before training to enhance focus and concentration.
