 Lime Flavoured BCAA'sOur Flavoured BCAA’s are 97% Amino Acids (90% of which are BCAA’s) mix well and taste great. BCAA’s are a combination of the three branched chain amino acids, Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. We have incorporated these at a 2 (leucine), 1 Valine and 1 (isoleucine) ratio, which is generally considered the most optimum for muscle growth and recovery. BCAA’s are well known for their ability to help muscle repair, supplementing with these can decrease breakdown of other amino acids and lead to a more positive nitrogen balance. To assist the flavour and mixability of our BCAA’s we have added Citrulline Malate which also minimises bitterness. Citrulline Malate also complements BCAA’s very well as it is a powerful precursor to arginine, increasing blood flow glucose uptake and the delivery of oxygen to the muscles. Dosage:A typical dose of BCAA’s is between 5 and 20g. For best results consume, before, during or directly after training.
