BULK NUTRIENTS - ORDERING
To order from our website, you can either create an account for convenience (which makes subsequent orders easier) or simply select items from the menus and add them to your cart. Please note, creating an account is optional, most people simply make orders without one.
Please ensure you have selected all your items, as once orders have been made we are unable to update orders.
We encourage customers to provide as much information as possible including a contact number. In the very rare case there is a delay or an issue, we will contact you by phone if your number is provided.
When entering your details, please take extra care ensuring your address, including street number, suburb and post code are correct. In the case where you are ordering to a business address, it is IMPERATIVE a company name is provided.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. This is the email address where your invoice is sent as well as your tracking details.
When checking out you have the option of using a credit card or paypal. Either is instant, which will see your order sent very promptly.
Once your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email from Bulk Nutrients with a copy of your order.
If the order is received by us before 3pm EST, it will be dispatched by us that same day. All other orders are sent the next business day.
Orders under 3kg are sent express post, they should be delivered in 24 - 48 hours so no tracking number is provided.
On larger orders above 3kg, customers will receive an email from Australia Post with their tracking details. If your order is received before 3pm EST then you will get this confirmation email at approx 4pm that same day. All orders received after this point will receive the email from Australia Post the following business day at approx 4pm.
Please check your junk box for your tracking details from Australia Post. Many customers have found that the email from Australia Post wirth their tracking details lands in their junk folder, which in many cases it is missed.
