I ordered this product, and R Alpha Lipoic Acid, as recommended by several sources, including The Nerve Doctors on YouTube, in order to (hopefully) treat diabetic neuropathy. I'm also taking methyl cobalamine and benfotiamine for this purpose. It will take a least a month to get any meaningful results. All products arrived on time and in good condition.
