Oat powder being a complex carbohydrate is virtually sugar free, so the energy derived from it should be free of spikes.

Dosage:

A typical dose of powdered oats is from 20g to 50g.

Directions:

Oat powder can be used in isolation as a slowly absorbed carbohydrate source, or it can be added to protein shakes to make a bulking combination.
