Creatinol Phosphate (COP) is more than just another Creatine. Creatinol Phosphate is claimed to be very resistant to conversion to Creatinine (the Creatine by product) and can reduce the PH drop as muscles build lactic acid, resulting in longer training sessions. COP has actually been shown to increase muscle cell contractibility even in when lactic acid levels are rising which maximises it's positive effect.
Dosage
A typical dose is between 2 and 10g a day.
