Creatine Ethyl Ester is Creatine with a bond attached to help increase its delivery to muscle cells. Theoretically esterifying creatine should significantly enhance its ability to permeate cell walls, increasing the effect it has. Creatine Ethyl Ester is considered the most powerful form of creatine, particularly recommended for users that suffer water retention issues from creatine monohydrate.
For an effective pre workout supplement far more pure than anything off the shelf, we recommend combining a form of Arginine (AEE, AAKG or Arginine) with Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate and a form of Creatine.
If you prefer your supps with a caffeinated edge then try adding some of our caffeine too.
Our Creatine Ethyl Ester is pharmaceutical grade in quality and typically over 98% pure.
Like flavoured amino acids but don't want any unnecessary additives? Why not try our flavouring satchels that flavour 1kg of amino acids. At an inclusion rate of just over 5% with no carbohydrates these transform the taste of any amino acids. http://www.bulknutrients.com.au/flavouring.cfm
Dosage
According to industry claims that CEE is a much more effectively absorbed form of creatine, most people find a lower dose is required than when using the monohydrate form. A typical dose is between 3 and 10g a day.
When first using CEE, dosing around training times may be more optimal to ensure available muscle creatine is high.
