ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS (EAA)

Our EAA's are a combination of all 9 essential amino acids, Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Histidine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine and Tryptophan. Essential Amino Acids are considered the most important for muscle growth and repair, and ours unlike others have been combined at the ratios recommended by the world health organisation - which we believe, is the most optimum for muscle growth and repair.

For an effective recovery stack why not combine BCAA’s, EAA’s with Glutamine for the ultimate post workout formula. Take during training to sustain your energy levels and ensure immediate protein resynthesis. Like carbohydrates? Consider adding Dextrose, Maltodextrin or WMS to the mix.

Dosage

A typical dose of EAA's is between 5 and 20g, with the most effective timing of these around training sessions. EAA's apart from being fantastic complimentary amino acids, can also be used by those who can't tolerate any dairy or lactose as a stand alone protein source.
