Tongkat Ali is a flowering plant native to Indonesia and Malaysia, which has been used for centuries as a sexual enhancer. It is best known for it's reported effects on testosterone which have a positive effect on strength and muscle size. Tongkat Ali should be avoided by people who use insulin (such as diabetics), as it is said to reduce blood sugar levels and should also be avoided by anyone with breast cancer.
Our Tongkat Ali is one of the strongest forms available being a 100 - 1 extract form of the plant.
Dosage
A typical dose of Tongkat Ali is between 500mg and 1500mg a day, divided into two doses.
