What the ultimate fat burning blend? Try combining 100g of Sesamin, 100g of Green Tea, 250g of Hydroxy Citric Acid, 250g of Acetyl Carnitine and 10g of Caffeine. The result will be 200 doses of fat burner far more potent than anything available off the shelf.
Citrate, a natural chemical in our bodies, slows down the enzyme that makes fatty acids out of carbs. And hydroxycitric acid is chemically almost identical to citrate. It has been suggested that HCA slows down the fat-making enzyme even more than natural citrate does.
Dosage
depending on goals, a dose between 1g and 10g a day is recommended (with typical being 3 - 4g's). |
