MSM is generally used for arthritis related joint discomfort due to joint pain. Due to its chemical similarity to sulfur, MSM has shown to be effective at relieving inflammation. Sulfur helps maintain the structure of connective tissue by forming cross-linkages through disulfide bonds (by strengthening the tissue that makes up the joints).

Dosage:

For effective reduction of inflammation from joint injuries a dose of 2000mg to 5000mg a day is considered adequate.
Note that a flat 5ml scoop included provides 3.5g of MSM.

Directions:

For best results take MSM twice a day with meals.
