Dosage
Leucine is often taken in combination with the other BCAA's Valine and isoleucine, or taken with glutamine. It can also be added to enrich the leucine content of any protein source. A typical dose of leucine is between 5g and 10g, with best results coming from more frequent, smaller doses rather than one large dose per day.
