Our Pre workout powdered product contains absolutely no carbohydrates whatsoever, being a combination of the most powerful pre workout amino acids. Beta Alanine has been added to boost the synthesis of carnosine, assisting fatigue reduction leading to more intense and longer training sessions, while AAKG and Citrulline Malate have been included to increase nitric oxide (N.O) production. Creatine Tri Malate has also been for its effect on phosphocreatine levels and its ability to increase workout performance and muscle anabolism.

Note that Caffeine Anhydrous and Geranium Extract are included to create a stimulant effect.

Due to our Pre Workout powders being exceptionally pure and having no carbohydrates, they do tend to clump. This does not affect product quality but is an unfortunate side effect of their purity. If yours clumps up, we recommend using force to seperate any lumps before serving.

Dosage:

A typical dose of pre workout powder is 10g.
This equates to approx 3 flat scoops of the 5ml scoop provided.

Directions:

For best results have directly before training. This product contains geranium extract so is unsuitable for those participating in drug tested events (ASADA and WADA).
