Ive been taking 1 a day for almost a week now and oh my gosh. I purchased these for my mood and anxiety. Nothing seems to worry me the slightest where previously I could get slightly frustrated at customers in my job. Im also a shift worker and my sleep is so much better. Ive also lost my appetite however weightloss isnt my goal and it just means i need to remind myself to eat. Ive shared them with friends already who has also seen great changes in themselves. Will be sharing this secret with as many people as possible. Thank you for being so affordable.

I bought this product as I have fibromyalgia and was told it would help with insomnia. Whilst it isn't the complete answer I find it does help.
I would recommend taking this product.

I have been taking 5htp for some time now I take it for depression instead of antidepressants and it works amazingly if I don't take it for a couple days I'll have a break down!

Lost fat % amd I'm not anywhere near as hungry at night. I'm taking 300mg in the afternoon and it carries me through to a light dinner. Recommended!

As a sleep product I found that it gave me a slightly deeper sleep where I was dreaming more intensely and more often but I would suggest taking out supplements as well like magnesium, taurine and maybe gaba. Also important to get to bed on time as sunlight will wake you up regardless of how much you take.
As a mood enhancer, initially it was quite subtle but it wasn't until I caught a cold that I realise how useful it could be in times of physical stress. I went from feeling emotionally bad to average and functioning while my body was sick with a virus.

5HTP is a very good product as it aids in relaxation, but it also possesses other advantageous benefits. For example, my girlfriend experiences heightened food cravings (especially for carbs) and becomes quite self conscious during the luteal phase of her menstral cycle (one week before her actual period). This is due to the bodies natural reduction in serotonin levels during this phase. Tryptophan, one of the main components in 5HTP, helps to reduce her cravings and calm her emotions, by offsetting the decline in serotonin. For optimal results begin supplementing 5HTP at least one week before the commencement of your luteal phase.
