I have probably tried almost every "decent" pre workout on the market, from many different brands (including other Bulk Nutrients products), but I always return to Pre Workout 101. It gives a nice, clean burst of energy (without making you feel like you're on amphetamines) but most importantly I feel it increases my performance in the gym - helps to squeeze out those few extra reps or that extra set. The value for money is undeniable compared to all the other brand name products on the market. The strawberry lime flavour is the clear winner. It's quite sweet with a slight chemical bitterness but it's by no means unpleasant to drink. Mixes well with just a few shakes. I wouldn't waste your time or money on any other pre workout.

The only thing keeping me from giving this a 5 is the taste, does taste a little funny (all flavours) and can't figure out what it is. But as a Pre Workout i really enjoy it, gets me through early morning workouts without making you feel like you've had a dozen red Bulls!

It is a mild kick that lasts a long time and the strawberry lime tastes amazing

Gives me a good buzz in the afternoon and gives me the energy i need to get to the gym. Have tried both flavours, Strawberry Lime is quite nice however the Grape Orange tastes a bit weird, almost chemically, it's not terrible but wouldn't buy it over the Strawberry Lime flavour.

This PWO provides a good amount of energy for me. Where others may fall short as too subtle, or too strong, giving jitters, this supp is right in the middle zone for me. Strawberry-Lime tastes great. Will buy again

I have certainly noticed a difference in my performance at kettlebell classes since using this. I was able to get through a class recently using a heavy snatch weight for about 170 single snatches without having to decrease the weight, a first for me. Also noticed my deadlifts felt easier so was able to go heavier for the last 5 reps. Thanks!

I've found this pre-workout to be more effective than the expensive imported brand name products. At about half the price.

Been struggling the last few weeks as it gets closer to my trip to Everest Base Camp. My first workout this am with preworkout 101 was back day.
I smashed out the workout with heavier weights and had plenty left in the tank to follow it up with a 40 treadmill session

Having tried numerous different pre workouts finding them either too sweet or not that effective, thought I'd give this product a go. At first, I thought it's gonna be another really sweet pre workout but it's actually rather subtle.
I do however find the directions or recommended dosage strange - 600ml water to 2 round scoops...? I find it more effective with 400ml of water but, overall I really like this product.
Grape orange flavour is an acquired taste but just smash it down and get to the gym.

I'm really caffeine sensitive so i've continued to play around with the dose for my evening workouts. With this product I don't get jitters, weird tingles and no crash - just greater alertness and the ability to push through those last sets. It doesn't seem to have mood enhancing effects like others I've tried but that's not the point of taking it!
