I take this supplement before and after big carb meals. Gives me a lasting huge pump. Also feel stronger at the gym due to more glucose build up in my muscles.

I take this nutrient supplement under medical advice and have done so for many years. This is the highest quality, best value for money product I have found over decades.

I bought this as I'd heard ALA could help my swollen ankles. I also read that this is a great anti oxidant. My swelling has gone down, and my doctor also said he will be looking to take this as a supplement for himself. Will buy again.

This is a fantastic product, however for some reason it sometimes leaves a nasty irritation of the throat. I am not sure why but it does. The cap let is gelatin and should not be the cause. I can only think there may be some product on the outer casing causing the irritation? it spoils what is otherwise a brilliant product.

As a Type II diabetic I have suffered nerve a circulation damage in my legs that has made even the lightest of walking a literal pain. That is until I came across research that indicated ALA (R) was a life saver. I have just returned from a trip to the USA where over a 10 week period I churned out over 300 kms of walking with absolutely no leg pain. I take 600 mg daily and really enjoy my new found freedom.

I like to cycle my supplements, for various reasons, and this is one that I can definitely feel the difference on! I have been bodybuilding for 19 months now and I have managed to put on 17 kilos so far - not all muscle, of course, but I have kept a pretty low body fat percentage, and I think RALA is one of the main supps I have to thank for that. Some of the proven benefits include: increased insulin sensitivity, increased glucose uptake, increased creatine uptake, increased amino acid transport and less fat accumulation. Not to mention it is also a powerful antioxidant. I take 2 to 3 capsules per day (400 - 600mg) and I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to add weight to their frame during a bulk whilst also keeping their body fat percentage in check.

I have been taking this for several years, due to my bipolar and psorasis. I take 6 a day and have also got my wife using the same product.
