SHIPPING & RETURNS

SAME DAY SHIPPING $12 FLAT FEE ON EVERY ORDER TO ANWHERE IN AUSTRALIA!

Orders are shipped everyday of the week. Any order received before 3pm will leave the day it has been received, any orders received after that will be sent the next day.

For security, all orders are shipped signature on delivery; these will not be left at the address unattended, which is why we recommend people use their work address if their residence is left unattended during the day.

In no one is in attendance at a specified address a slip will be left in your mail box and the parcel taken to your nearest post office.

Orders less than 3kg are generally delivered within 1 to 2 days to anywhere in Australia.

We use Australia Post exclusively as they are very reliable.

Larger orders will generally take between 3 to 5 working days; orders to VIC and NSW usually take 3 days, while orders to QLD, WA and the NT can take up to 5 working days.

If your order has not arrived in due time please contact us, if for whatever reason you can't contact us (which would be in very rare circumstances) it is worthwhile contacting your nearest post office as many drivers don't leave slips and in many cases we find orders there.

All orders are restricted to Australia; all currency is in Australian dollars.

Orders under 3kg are sent express post, they should be delivered in 24 - 48 hours so no tracking number is provided.

On larger orders above 3kg, customers will receive an email from Australia Post with their tracking details. If your order is received before 3pm EST then you will get this confirmation email at approx 4pm that same day. All orders received after this point will receive the email from Australia Post the following business day at approx 4pm.

Please check your junk box for your tracking details from Australia Post. Many customers have found that the email from Australia Post with their tracking details lands in their junk folder, which in many cases it is missed. If you can't locate this anywhere the best method of contact is by email using our contact form, and selecting 'Enquiries Regarding Orders' from the dropdown box.

Please note that any spaces before or after your tracking number will make it appear invalid. Australia Post will only update the tracking status as it leaves here and then again when it reached your nearest post office (generally the day it is delivered to you), therefore if the only entry says Hobart, that means it has left here and in in transit between here and you.

RETURNS

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect products, Bulk Nutrients accepts full responsibility and will either reimburse you within 48 hours, or resend the correct items.

In the case of our mistake, we will cover all transport charges so you won't incur any difficulties whatsoever.

Any opened goods will not be refunded, unless there is a problem with product quality.

In these circumstances when we can identify a problem we will give a full refund and pay shipping costs.

If however you change your mind about an ordered product then we will expect you to cover the shipping costs in returning the items to us
