For best results we recommend 2 x 30g serves a day of the WPC with 2 x 15g serves of the carbohydrates.

For convenience, you can simply take 1 scoop of protein with 1/3 of a scoop of both maltodextrin and dextrose in your shake.

Creatine can be taken any time of the day, however for best results having 2 – 3 weeks off after 8 weeks of use is recommended.
