Nettle Root Extract (Urtica dioica 10-1) is derived from the stinging nettle plant where the leaves are harvested. It is rich in vitamins A, C, iron, potassium, manganese, and calcium and our nettle root is one of the most powerful available at 10-1 strength.

Our Nettle Root contains high concentrations of polysaccharides for maximum effectiveness.

Directions:

Take twice a day with doses as close to 12 hours apart as possible. Nettle root can be taken with or without food.

Dosage:

A typical dose of Nettle Root Extract is 500 mg (one capsule) twice a day. For a more pronounced effect a larger dose can be taken.
