Therefore, it can play a role in dealing with the negative effects of stress, sleep deprivation and intense physical effort (such as weight training). Dosage
People supplementing with Tyrosine generally take between a 100mg and 1000mg a day. Note that Tyrosine supplementation is not recommended for those on MAO inhibitors, those with melanomas or high blood pressure.
