The active constituent of milk thistle is thought to be silymarin, a flavonoid found in the seeds. Milk Thistle is commonly used for those who want to protect their livers from excess stress.

Note that our Milk Thistle is a very potent extract, so a dose much smaller than that from the plant is needed.

Dosage:

A typical dose of Milk Thistle Extract is between 100mg and 500mg.
Please note that a flat 5ml scoop included provides 3.15g of Milk Thistle.
