In the sulfation cycle, Cysteine acts as a sulphur donor, detoxifying and as a methyl donor in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine. Cysteine also helps synthesize glutathione, which is one of the body’s most important natural antioxidants and detoxifiers, converting chemicals into much less harmful compounds.

Dosage:

A dose of between 250mg and 2000g is typical for most users.
Note a flat 5ml scoop included provides 3.44g of N Acetyl Cysteine.

Directions:

Have once a day with meals.
