Say hello to Kimberley. She’s a Mum who is dedicated to empowering and educating women on the benefits of living a healthy, active lifestyle and supports them on their journeys.
After becoming a Mum to two girls, Kimberley began a weight loss journey that saw her lose over 30kg. During this time, she uncovered her passion for women like herself develop a healthy well balanced lifestyle whilst raising a family.
Kimberley is a Health and Lifestyle Advisor, Master Trainer, qualified Pre and Post Natal specialist and a budding entrepreneur. She recently just completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and is starting a Bachelors of Health Science in 2017 where she will continue to build on the foundations she has developed over the past 5 years.
She recently founded Kimberley George Health & Wellness, through this business Kimberley coaches women through exercise, nutrition and personal development to achieve life balance and happiness. Kimberley is soon to launch a new website for online coaching services as well as an eBook, so stay tuned for updates!
Q&A with Kimberley
1. How did you begin your own health and fitness journey? As a child, I was always very active and played many sports including netball and tennis. I was introduced to basic gym training in my mid 20’s but found it very difficult to find my comfort zone in an environment that was very daunting and unfamiliar. It was not until after the birth of my second daughter that my health and fitness journey turned a corner. Faced with the challenge of losing 30kg I focused on empowering and educating myself to not only help achieve my own goals but in the hope to one day help other women and mothers achieve theirs.
2. Tell us more about your business Kimberley George Health & Wellness, how does it operate? Kimberley George Health and Wellness offers an online coaching service for women. After years of coaching women one on one and through various successful group fitness programs, I now offer an online program for women. Over an 8-week period I guide and empower women in the areas of exercise, nutrition and personal development. We focus on creating a lifestyle where we form habits that result in life-long change. In addition to this I have just released a new eBook which guides women through their own 12 Week Lifestyle Transformation. A fantastic resource tool to help achieve positive change in a women’s general health and wellbeing.
3. What advice would you give to new Mums or any woman wanting to improve their health and fitness? The advice I would give any woman or mum who is wanting to improve their fitness is that we must always self-care to be able to care for others, this includes our families. Our health must always be our first priority as without it we will never reach our full potential in all areas of our life… The effort you give any health or fitness program will always ultimately determine your success... EFFORT = RESULTS!
4. Why do you enjoy being a Bulk Nutrients Ambassador?
