That's right, these Dark Chocolate Fudge Bites are rich, nutty and full of flavour.
They'll make the perfect addition to the Christmas dessert platter and keep your vegan friends and family happy!
- 2 scoops (60g) Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Chocolate
- 120g cashew nuts
- 20g coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 40g vegan dark chocolate – melted
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Remove from blender and roll into bites.
- If too wet, add an extra tablespoon of Earth Protein.
- If too dry, add an extra tablespoon of milk.
- Best stored in the fridge for up to one week.
