Hemp Protein Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey, Protein Matrix or Earth Protein in Vanilla flavour
  • 1 tablespoon Bulk Nutrients Hemp Protein in Raw or Chocolate flavour
  • 100g pumpkin or sunflower seed mix
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 12 medjool dates
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil - melted
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Directions

  1. Place in a food processor dates, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, vanilla essence, peanut butter, melted coconut oil and salt. Blend until chunky and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Place oats in food processor and pulse 3-5 times to maintain some texture.
  3. Add oats and remaining ingredients to the wet mixture and stir well.
  4. Press into a lined 8 x 8 inch baking tin.
  5. Place in the fridge to set.
  6. Best kept in the fridge for up to one week.
