- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey, Protein Matrix or Earth Protein in Vanilla flavour
- 1 tablespoon Bulk Nutrients Hemp Protein in Raw or Chocolate flavour
- 100g pumpkin or sunflower seed mix
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 12 medjool dates
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil - melted
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup rolled oats
- Place in a food processor dates, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, vanilla essence, peanut butter, melted coconut oil and salt. Blend until chunky and transfer to a bowl.
- Place oats in food processor and pulse 3-5 times to maintain some texture.
- Add oats and remaining ingredients to the wet mixture and stir well.
- Press into a lined 8 x 8 inch baking tin.
- Place in the fridge to set.
- Best kept in the fridge for up to one week.
