Promotion Terms and Conditions

Competition Rules

1. Promoter and promotion period

The promoter is Bulk Nutrients, ABN 94 144 816 464, of 7 Crabtree road, Grove, Tasmania, 7109 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 30 October 2026 (Promotion Period). All stated times are Hobart time.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make eligible direct retail purchases during the Promotion Period. Employees of the Promoter, people involved in administering or promoting this competition, their immediate families and wholesale/reseller purchasers are ineligible.

3. How to enter

To enter, place and pay for eligible product purchases through www.bulknutrients.com.au or the official Bulk Nutrients app during the Promotion Period. Entry is automatic and no entry fee applies. Products are sold at their normal prices. Entrants do not need to subscribe to marketing, follow an account, comment, tag or share a post.Eligible Spend means the AUD product value including GST actually paid after discounts and loyalty-point redemptions, excluding delivery charges, gift card purchases and the value of cancelled or refunded products. Existing gift cards and the birthday loyalty vouchers/store credits used to pay for eligible products count toward Eligible Spend; they are treated as payment rather than a discount. Wholesale, reseller and staff orders do not qualify. Orders must be placed and payment received during the Promotion Period; later payment does not qualify.

4. Entries and identity

Entries are calculated separately for each qualifying order. Eligible Spend in one order below $100 earns no entries; $100–$199.99 earns 1 entry; $200–$299.99 earns 3 entries; and $300 or more earns 5 entries. These are total entries for that order, not entries added at each tier. Separate orders cannot be combined. Maximum 5 entries per order. There is no limit on the number of qualifying orders an entrant may place during the Promotion Period.Website, app and guest orders qualify on the same basis. Each distinct order is counted once, regardless of account or email used. The Promoter will use order and customer records to identify each individual for eligibility and the one-prize-per-person rule. Contact info@bulknutrients.com.au by 9:00 am AEDT on 2 November 2026 about any entry discrepancy. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to resolve genuine discrepancies before the draw.

5. Refunds and verification

Eligible Spend and entries for the affected order are recalculated for cancellations or product refunds processed before the draw. Fraudulent orders and orders for which payment has been reversed are ineligible. The Promoter may reasonably verify age, residency, identity and eligible purchases before awarding a prize. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, including rights to refunds under the Australian Consumer Law. An ordinary lawful refund does not itself constitute misconduct.

6. Prize schedule

Six prizes will be awarded: one hero birthday pack and five birthday party packs. Final descriptions and values must be completed below and match the advertised prizes. All values are in AUD including GST. Delivery within Australia is paid by the Promoter.

Total prize pool value: 1,069.95. Based on the value of Gym Bay is $29.95, Cap is $25, Gym Towel is $9. Hoodie $29 and sizes available: Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large 2XL. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable at the winner’s request, except as required by law or expressly agreed by the Promoter. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, any substitution must comply with applicable law, required regulatory approval and any required written winner agreement, and be of equal or greater value.

7. Draw and awarding prizes

The draw will occur at 10:00 am AEDT on 2 November 2026 at 2/1 Patriarch Drive, Huntingfield, Tasmania 7055. The Promoter will randomly select winning entries. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected for the hero prize. The highest-value prize will be drawn first, followed by the remaining prizes. The chance of winning depends on the number of valid entries received. Maximum one prize per person. After a person wins, their remaining entries are removed from subsequent draws. Winners do not need to attend. The Promoter will retain the entry list and draw record.

8. Notification and results

Winners will be notified in writing using their order contact details within two business days of the draw. They will be told how to claim and verify eligibility. Results will be published at https://www.bulknutrients.com.au/news on 4 November 2026 for at least 28 days. Only the information required for lawful results publication will be disclosed without separate publicity consent. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner. Winners must respond and provide reasonable verification and delivery details by 5:00 pm AEDT on 2 February 2027. No fee is required to claim or receive a prize. Prizes will be transferred or dispatched promptly, aiming for within 28 days of the draw; any delays due to unclaimed prizes will be managed in accordance with applicable law.

9. Unclaimed prizes

Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at 10:00 am AEDT on 3 February 2027 at the same draw address using the same random selection method and the remaining eligible entries. Previous winners are excluded. Redraw winners will be notified within two business days; results will be published at the same URL on 5 February 2027 for at least 28 days.

10. Fair administration

The Promoter may reject an entry where reasonable evidence shows it is fraudulent, ineligible or created through tampering. Genuine technical errors or identity discrepancies will be assessed fairly. Any decision is subject to applicable law and review rights. The Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel the competition only as permitted by law and with any required regulatory approval, including WA approval where applicable. Entrants will be informed of any permitted material change.

11. Privacy and publicity

The Promoter uses information already supplied with eligible purchases, and any reasonably required verification information, to administer entries, contact winners, deliver prizes and publish legally required results. It may share relevant information with contracted draw, delivery and administration providers for those purposes and with regulators where required. Its privacy policy is at https://www.bulknutrients.com.au/bulk-nutrients-privacy-policy, including access, correction and complaint information. Competition entry does not create marketing consent. Any marketing will follow the customer’s applicable existing consent and opt-out preferences. Photographs, interviews, testimonials, unboxing videos and other promotional content require separate voluntary consent and are not a condition of entry or receiving a prize.

12. Platforms and liability

This promotion is administered by Bulk Nutrients and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram, or any other platform used, as applicable. Information used to administer the competition is provided to the Promoter. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from claims arising from administration of this promotion; this does not affect non-excludable rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
