Hey there, I'm Cooper!
I’m a 25 year old professional surfer from North Narrabeen with a passion for not only sport but helping people.
For the last 5 years I’ve been rated in the top 50 surfers in the world and I’m striving to reach the top 30 and make the world tour.
I also run a passion project called the Good Human Factory which helps students at high school build mental resilience.

Why I love it: Living such a fast paced life it gets super tough to get my fruit and veg intake at times. Green Fusion allows me to stay on top of my vitamins and nutrient intake. My approach to nutrition
My approach to nutrition is that I’ll eat just about anything as I burn off fat super easily.
I try to eat three meals a day as well as a protein shake after training.
What is my average daily calorie intake? 3000 calories.
Foods I crave... I love Mexicano and sushi!
My ultimate cheat meal is... Huge fan of pizza. Tastes delicious!
Do you have any medium/long term goals you're working towards?
I really want to qualify for the Surf World Tour in the next 14 months and launch my own podcast.
