Egg Omelette is an easy and healthy breakfast or snack that’s low carb/fat and high in protein to keep you full until lunchtime.
Egg Breakfast Directions
Combine 1 serving (50g) with 100mls of water. Whisk until well combined. Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes to thicken before cooking.
Heat a medium/large non-stick pan to medium-high heat. Pour mix into pan and allow it to spread evenly.*
As the surface starts to bubble and the bubbles don't close over (similar to a pancake), flip one side onto itself and create a half circle. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes to allow the centre to set. Best enjoyed immediately.
*allow 1 minute cooking time before placing your own toppings onto the mix if desired.

I first tried this product because I got a free sample. Liked it so much I bought some. Easy to prepare and cooks perfectly every time. I add veggies to half then flip. Yum!
Absolutely brilliant,quick,nutritious but lacking taste. Solution! Add one whole egg and whisk it in. Secondly add some garlic powder,black pepper and just before you flip it in half on one side place sliced chicken,turkey or whatever takes your fancy.Serve with a cup of rice of your choice.Bang easy high protein, mid carb and low fat meal. Done in 8/10 minutes.
These are perfect, and so easy and quick to make. I use it as a preworkout meal.
I tried to make my own omelet but could get as good as these with the same nutritional profile.
They have a slight bready taste which is awesome, so I dont need to have bread with it, and you can really taste the cheese and chives.

These are really great either straight from the pan or cold for lunch. I've tried a variety of add ins such as corn kernels, ham, cheese & diced capsicum and had them for breakfast, lunch and also dinner. Love them & don't want to ever run out so I've just ordered more. Another fabulous BN product!
This has a very lovely cheesy, chivey taste. Very easy to make. The texture is more like a pancake than normal scrambled eggs. I've eaten mine wrapped up in a piece of wholemeal Lebanese bread with a bit of sauce. I would love it even more (and give a 5th star) if you could buy a large/bulk pack of it (like protein powder) and just scoop out what you need rather than individual serves (reduces packaging/plastic) - although that option would be great when travelling.
I get the protein pancakes and they're pretty good but I don't always want a sweet breakfast. These are great. They cook up just like a pancake. They need some kind of salsa to go with them because they're dry. I usually add half an avocado. I've also added a bit of chopped tomato. Fold it over and you're done. Quick and convenient. They also travel reasonably well if you wrap them in grease proof paper. Don't use cling wrap, they'll sweat. I've had them for lunch cold. Pretty good.
