The EAAs are a great alternative to conventional BCAAs. I use 15g of EAAs and 5g of Creatine for an effective intraworkout. I would highly suggest a flavour packet to go along with these unless you are adding them into something that's already flavoured.

After just 2 weeks on EAAs, my fibromyalgia symptoms have reduced dramatically. I now have energy and motivation, can get through the day without napping, and exercise several times a day with no aching muscles. OK, the bitterness was initially a turn-off but I tried a few things and now have the perfect combination to make it palatable - I mix the powder with half a tsp of citric acid, 1 tsp of Stevia and double pulp orange juice before shaking. You could use tartaric acid if you don't have citric acid but I don't recommend using both as it's then too sour. Such a great product. Definitely give it a go, you won't regret it.

Has reduced my body aches and pain (which has been daily for around 8 years now).

Firstly let me say that I was very sceptical of the claims made in reviews. Secondly, the comments about the taste do not even go close to how bad the flavour is. Crushed up Panadol would be close. A lot of cordial is how I deal with it. Minimal water to dissolve it then a full serve of cordial mixed in once it is dissolved. I take it immediately after exercise when taste buds are a bit dulled. The effects are allowing me to train everyday without soreness. Before taking it the soreness lasted for 3 days. Don't get me wrong, I still get the heaviness associated with exercise just not the pain that makes backing up the next day difficult.

I have been using this product along with glutamine to heal my gut and before exercise to help with endurance. Works well for both.

Yes it tastes pretty awful on its own.
I add a small amount of cordial, put a couple of spoonfuls of EAA into a water bottle and give it a good shake for a minute or so, and it completely dissolves. And tastes OK.

I run everyday and take EAAs after every run. Never have muscle fatigue. Always recover well.

Recovery & growth is great when using them but their mixability and taste are an issue. I mix them my protein drink to get extra quick EAAs into the body. Would have been a 5 stars but for the taste, which is expected but Im happy because they don't contain artificial nasties to mask the taste. Would be great if these came in large capsule form.

Having seen reviews and subsequently ordered this, I can confirm the allegations are true - it really does taste like arse. However, if like me you have a girlfriend who's cooking tastes a little bit like arse, then this will be a walk in the park. That being said, I mixed with my chocolate protein and it tastes like Ovaltine after. If you're not sensitive to a bit of Bad taste, save yourself some money and buy a KG! Where else are you going to get that much EAA for that price? Nowhere, that's where! Is an EAA not an EAA regardless of whether it comes in a smart, brightly packaged container or a plain white bag?

Thanks to the team at Bulk Nutrients! The Essential Amino Acids have begun to give me noticeably more energy, improving 5 years of chronic fatigue. They do taste terrible, but this is easy to mask with Stevia or fruit juice concentrate. They're excellent quality and well packaged.
