Bulk Nutrients' Quick Protein Oats combine three protein sources (milk, whey and casein) for a balanced protein spread. By using varied protein sources, it prolongs absorption which makes Quick Protein Oats ideal to meet daily energy requirements.

22g of carbs comes from the natural goodness of rolled oats and the 21g of protein is high in BCAAs, EAAs and Glutamine.

Quick Protein Oats contain high amounts of fibre, specifically beta-glucan which is great for lowering cholesterol levels. They also contain amounts of anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals, which occur in the oats and flaxseed.

Containing 21g of protein and 22g of carbohydrates per serve, they are a perfect high protein, moderate carbohydrate start to the day packed with natural goodness.

  • Great first meal of the day

    The quick oats packets are super handy for my morning meal at work. However they are really really sweet. I contacted customer support and they suggested adding plain oats and extra water. This does ease the sweetness.
    I serve 60g Bulk nutrients quick protein oats + 30g plain oats + small teaspoon chia seeds + handful of blue berries or a banana. Perfect start to the day!

  • Great healthy winter breakfast option

    Love these as a post-workout breakfast on cold mornings. I mix mine with 150mls water, microwave for 90 seconds and add a touch of milk afterwards and find it's a great consistency & filling too. Also just tried the chocolate and banana samples and loved both flavours! Please bring out a mixed pack with all three flavours - it would be great to get a variety as it's easy to get sick of the same flavour in a bulk pack all the time.

    These quick protein oats are really easy and simple to use and store. Great taste and mixability. I was wary at first because I have made my own protein oats for soo long but these are amazing and will definitely purchase for my trip away with easy to carry single serve pouches :)

  • Great idea but weird after tasre

    I love the idea of the oats and the flavour sounds delicious. Very convenient to make but didn't like the weird aftertaste of the cinnamon - a bit too artificial and sweet. Would try again if there was a plain or vanilla less sweet version.

    Taste and texture wise this is probably the best product I've tried from bulk nutrients so far.
    I haven't had any problems with "grainy texture", perhaps I just mix it through more. Plus even though my microwave is probably on the high end I put mine in for about 70 seconds rather than the recommended 60.

    Easy to make/store/carry and quite filling, taste is nice, but aftertaste is meh. That's with water though, may be better with milk

    The oats are a convenient way to start the cold mornings

    I've found the grainy texture and taste a bit hard to bear although I have just been making it with water

    I've found that making my own oats then adding protein powder works out to taste a bit better. Just not as convenient

    Great tasting and quite filling. Have them mainly for breakfast but often use them as a snack. Good balance of Carbs and Protein.

    I just love these Protein Oats! I don't use water though, I love a creamy taste so add macadamia nut milk. I also add some cinnamon and flax seed oil and I am good to go.

    I've never been a huge fan of oats but these Protein Oats are to die for! I absolutely love them
