Had to use this to complete a diet using aminos and dextrose as my energy sources and this made the drink taste so awful that I had to use another product

Great for getting my essential amini dosage unfortunately its packs a nasty taste but have overcome this by mixing with flavoured products to make it palatable

I use for muscle recovery. I have less soreness than using BCAA. Will definitely repeat the order and get a bigger bag.

First time trying this product I got goosebumps and made some pretty ugly faces. Second time I knew what to expect, now it goes down easier. Just don't sip it - down it as fast as you can. You do get used to the taste. Would prefer it in caps form, though. Until then, will keep buying the powder.

Great taste (I always add watermelon flavouring ), top quality and really good price when bought in bulk (at least 1kg)
I am finding essential amino acids a bit better for my recovery and energy levels compared to bcaas. I believe essential amino acids are of more benifit than bcaa’s providing you are already talking in a lot of good quality aminos through your diet and possibly protein shakes.

Tastes like crushed panadol, but I have taken my EAAs immediately after smashing the crap out of myself at the Gym and every morning I wake up surprised by my lack of soreness. So 5 Stars for me regardless of the taste.

Great amino for all round use, especially on hard workout days or even on really hot days to boost the electrolytes. The bag seals can be of better quality thought as they tend to break.

This product taken before or during exercise gives you a quite a boost but it makes u drink 3x more water. It also has a bad taste, I usually mix it with almond milk, tea or any kind of juice. Great product, less sore muscles, improved muscle growth and it also helped a lot with my rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.

The only issue I faced is that the package and the website state to have between 5 and 20ml but does not state the liquid portion, eg 2 teaspoons to 200ml of water
