Ingredients

  • 1 serve Quick Protein Oats Brown Sugar Cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk and/or water
  • 1/2-1 banana

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and water or milk. The mix should be quite runny as this will absorb as it rests.
  2. Slice banana and mix in.
  3. Pour into a jar or bowl and place in the fridge overnight or a for a minimum of two hours.
