A High Protein, Nutty Banana Smoothie

The sweet afternoon snack you’ve been looking for
Combining creamy peanut butter, spicy cinnamon essential oil and pure vanilla WPI makes for a serious taste sensation that’ll truly satisfy.
It’s chockers with protein (36.8g per serve!) and contains no added sugar making it perfect for those watching the waistline.
Plus, being a smoothie it takes no time at all to make which is always a bonus in our books!
Ingredients
- ½ banana
- 1 scoop WPI in Vanilla
- 1-2 drops Cinnamon Essential Oil
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Pic’s Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
- Place everything in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy!
