Overnight Oats are the perfect way to get prepared for the day ahead

Simply whip them up the night before and you can even take them with you to work or the gym.

Change it up day to day by adding different fruits like frozen raspberries or sprinkling nuts and seeds on top for a crunch.



  1. Combine oats and water or milk. The mix should be quite runny as this will absorb as it rests.
  2. Slice banana and mix in.
  3. Pour into a jar or bowl and place in the fridge overnight or a for a minimum of two hours.
