These bite-sized flavour explosions are loaded with healthy vitamins and minerals to keep your immunity high.
Dates, goji berries and walnuts combine to give this recipe a bit of sweetness and a whole lot of crunch!
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Green Fusion in Flavoured or Unflavoured
- 1/2 teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia
- 75g medjool dates
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 20g desiccated coconut
- 10g goji berries
- 1/2 tablespoon rice malt syrup
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Roll into ten equal sized bites and coat with extra coconut.
- Best stored in the fridge
