Try this one on your rice cakes

Here's a new spread to try on your rice cakes or in your oats and smoothies!

Loaded with the benefits of Hemp Protein, this spread will give you a boost in protein, healthy fats and vitamins and minerals.


  • 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients Hemp Protein
  • 100g peanuts
  • 100g almonds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 30ml coconut oil – melted
  • 2 teaspoon sweetener or coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Combine nuts and coconut oil in a food processor and blend to a paste.
  2. Add all other ingredients and process until combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  4. Use as a spread on rice cakes, toast, in smoothies or straight off the spoon!
