Protein Nut Spreads

Protein Nut Spreads

Nut spreads are one of the best snack ideas to help cure your craving for sweets!

Packed full of the 'good fats' like mono and polyunsaturated, these can both help with keeping you full for longer, aid in weight loss, they're a high source of protein for muscle growth, and contain numerous vitamins and minerals for general well-being.

Try these delicious spreads with veggie sticks, on a banana or rice cakes, on top of oats, in a smoothie or just on its own! (we're all guilty of it!)
