Raspberry And Coconut Hemp Protein Slice

Ingredients
For the base:
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients Hemp Protein in Chocolate flavour
- 125g almond meal
- 125g hazelnut meal
- 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon almond spread
- 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil - melted
- 30g choc chips - melted
For the filling:
- 100g raspberries
- 100g blackberries or blueberries
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
For the topping:
- 2 scoops (60g) Bulk Nutrients Hemp Protein in Chocolate flavour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
- To make the base: Place all base ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If a bit too dry add a touch more coconut oil. Press into a lined 8 x 8 inch brownie tin.
- To make the filling: Place all filling ingredients in a mini food processor and pulse 5-10 times, to bring together. Pour over the base.
- To make the topping: Melt the coconut oil and mix all remaining ingredients together until smooth. Taste and sweeten to your liking. Pour over the filling.
- Place all in the fridge to set. Best left overnight.
- When set, cut into 16 squares with a hot sharp knife.
