Raspberry And Coconut Hemp Protein Slice

Serves 16


For the base:

  • 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients Hemp Protein in Chocolate flavour
  • 125g almond meal
  • 125g hazelnut meal
  • 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon almond spread
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil - melted
  • 30g choc chips - melted

For the filling:

  • 100g raspberries
  • 100g blackberries or blueberries
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

For the topping:

  • 2 scoops (60g) Bulk Nutrients Hemp Protein in Chocolate flavour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup


  1. To make the base: Place all base ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If a bit too dry add a touch more coconut oil. Press into a lined 8 x 8 inch brownie tin.
  2. To make the filling: Place all filling ingredients in a mini food processor and pulse 5-10 times, to bring together. Pour over the base.
  3. To make the topping: Melt the coconut oil and mix all remaining ingredients together until smooth. Taste and sweeten to your liking. Pour over the filling.
  4. Place all in the fridge to set. Best left overnight.
  5. When set, cut into 16 squares with a hot sharp knife.
