A new breakfast favourite - Natural protein muesli

- 1 cup (20g) rice puffs
- 90g whole oats
- 50g chopped nuts of choice
- 20g shredded coconut
- 2 sachets Quick Protein Oats in Brown Sugar Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon (2g) of zero/low-calorie sweetener
- 30g dried fruit of choice
- Additional cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in a dry, airtight container.
- Serve with milk, yogurt and fruit.
