  • 1 cup (20g) rice puffs
  • 90g whole oats
  • 50g chopped nuts of choice
  • 20g shredded coconut
  • 2 sachets Quick Protein Oats in Brown Sugar Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) of zero/low-calorie sweetener
  • 30g dried fruit of choice
  • Additional cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in a dry, airtight container.
  2. Step 2: Serve with milk, yogurt and fruit.
