Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Green Fusion in Flavoured or Unflavoured
- 1/2 teaspoon of zero/low-calorie sweetener
- 75g medjool dates
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 20g desiccated coconut
- 10g goji berries
- 1/2 tablespoon rice malt syrup
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Step 2: Roll into ten equal sized bites and coat with extra coconut.
- Step 3: Best stored in the fridge
