  • 1 scoop WPI in Vanilla
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1-2 drops Cinnamon Essential Oil
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Pic’s Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
