Low Carb Doughnuts

Ingredients
Dough
- 75 grams Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla
 - 75 grams Earth Protein Vanilla
 - 70 grams self raising flour
 - 100 grams egg whites
 - 100 grams apple sauce
 - 100 grams Greek yoghurt
 - 50 ml skim milk
 - 15 grams light butter
 - 10 grams baking powder
 
Frosting
- 100 grams Greek yoghurt
 - 30 grams Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla
 - 2 drops of pink food colouring
 - Sprinkles
 
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare your non stick doughnut tray.
 - Step 2: Mix protein powder in a bowl.
 - Step 3: In a seperate bowl whisk egg whites, add in apple sauce, greek yoghurt, milk and melted butter.
 - Step 4: Combine wet and dry ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.
 - Step 5: Evenly split mixture into a non stick doughnut tray.
 - Step 6: Cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
 - Step 7: While the doughnuts are cooking, combine the greek yoghurt and protein powder to make the icing, refrigerate until ready to use.
 - Step 8: Once doghnts are completely cool, ice and dip them in sprinkles.
