Spiced Hummus and Avocado Dip

High Protein Spiced Hummus and Avocado Dip recipe from Bulk Nutrients

Ingredients

Spiced Hummus Dip

  • 1 can (250g) chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 lemon - juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon MCT Oil
  • Smokey paprika for sprinkling as garnish
  • Roasted pepitas and almonds as garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place all ingredients except for the olive oil, paprika, roasted pepitas and almonds in a food processor.
  2. Step 2: Blend until well combined and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Pour out into your choice of serving dish.
  4. Step 4: Serve with sprinkle of paprika and olive oil, and toasted nuts and seeds.
  5. Step 5: Best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in a sealed container.
