Hani has been a competitive powerlifter since 2018 and has represented Australia in many events, including at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games, where she brought home a bronze medal!
She has her eyes on the Paris Olympics in 2024 and we look forward to following her journey!
I am a competitive powerlifter, representing Australia recently at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham where I brought home the Bronze medal which is a first for Australia.
I have also received a Sports Honor Medal from our Prime MInister and Governor General for my recent achievements in ParaPowerlifting.
I've been powerlifting since 2018 but professional with AusParalympics since 2021 where I have been flown all over the world to compete for Australia on my pathway to Paris 2024.

If I’m not competing, training or providing motivational speeches, I am working full time in the health care network as I am passionate about my patient's journeys to better health.

My long term goal is a gold medal at the Paris Paralympics in 2024 and to make it to the Brisbane Olympics in 2032.

I was the first female to receive a Commonwealth Games medal for Australia in the history of Powerlifting.
