Ella Martyn is an FMG Fitness Pro and Online Fitness Coach. Ella is a qualified personal trainer with a Certificate III and IV in Fitness. Ella owns her own businesses Ellavate Coaching and Ellavate Comp Prep - helping women to reach their goals.

Ella's motivation for helping others comes in part from her own past. A former 20-a-day cigarette smoker, binge drinker, and emotional eater, she discovered weight training and learned about nutrition.

Ella has been working in the fitness industry professionally for over a decade, starting as a qualified personal trainer before moving into an online coaching business. She is a competitive bodybuilder, competing since 2016, and has received the coveted FMG Fitness Pro status and is also a judge.

Ellavate Coaching, her online business, specialises in lifestyle and competition prep for women aged 35 and over - with a focus on female physiology and the changes in hormones as women age and how this impacts the body.

Within her realm of expertise, Ella's passion is seeing women grow, and her mission is to mentor as many women as possible to reach their peak - motivating, inspiring, and educating women on the benefits that come with weight training, flexible dieting, a positive mindset and practicing self-love.

Ella became a Bulk Nutrients ambassador in 2017, having already been a customer for several years.
