Is it safe to stack multiple pre workouts?
We don’t recommend taking more than one pre workout at a time. Pre workouts are often high in caffeine and other stimulants, and stacking them can increase the risk of side effects such as:
- Jitters or restlessness
- A racing heart or elevated blood pressure
- Difficulty sleeping
If you want to adjust your pre workout routine, it’s best to stick to a single product and use it as directed.
