I’m not happy with the quality of my product - can I return it?
If you believe there’s a quality issue with your product, please fill out our Returns Form and select “Product Quality”.
- Provide the batch code (found near the best-before date) so we can investigate.
- Don’t dispose of the product, as we may need more details or request its return.
Quality is extremely important to us. If an issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement from a corrected batch or a full refund, and cover all shipping costs.
