My order arrived damaged. Can you send me a replacement?
Oh no! Damaged parcels are the worst — but don’t worry, we’ll sort it for you
- Don’t throw away the damaged items.
- If possible, take a photo of the damage and include it with your Returns Form.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll arrange a replacement and organise the return of the damaged products.
