Bounty Smoothie Bowl Ingredients
- 1-2 scoops (30-60g) Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Chocolate
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen coconut - we got ours from Woolworths
- 1/2 cup chocolate flavoured almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond spread
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
Optional toppings:
- Banana - sliced
- Muesli or granola
- Nut spread to drizzle
- Shredded coconut
- Dairy free choc chips
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into bowls.
- Add desired amount and choice of toppings.
- Best eaten immediately.
