Bulk Nutrients Protein Ice Cream
Protein Ice Cream is a thing!
No ice cream churner needed! Just a food processor, a freezer and a little bit of waiting time.
This creamy and seriously yummy ice cream is guaranteed to hit your sweet spot.
You can easily change up the flavour by choosing a different protein powder as well as trialling different add-ins like berries, cocoa, peanut butter and nuts.

Berry Coconut Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 in Vanilla
- 1 can (400ml) coconut cream
- 1 cup thawed mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Directions
- First set your coconut cream in the fridge for 2 hrs. When ready to use do not shake and only use the top, solid white components, scrapping this off the top. You will use ½ – ¾ of the can.
- Add everything to your blender and blend until lovely and smooth.
- Pour into a container.
- Set in the freezer for at least 3 hrs or overnight.
*You can swap to any of our protein flavours or use WPI/WPC for a lower carb option.

Choc Coconut Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 in Vanilla, Cookies and Cream or Chocolate
- 1 can (400ml) coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ cup shredded coconut
Directions
- First set your coconut cream in the fridge for 2 hrs. When ready to use do not shake and only use the top, solid white components, scrapping this off the top. You will use ½ – ¾ of the can.
- Add everything to your blender and blend until lovely and smooth.
- Pour into a container.
- Set in the freezer for at least 3 hrs or overnight

- 1 medium (100g) frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Tasty addition: Add 2 Tbsp of peanut butter for choc peanut butter ice-cream!
