Bulk Nutrients Protein Ice Cream recipe from Bulk Nutrients

Berry Coconut Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Bulk Nutrients Muscle Food 101 in Vanilla
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut cream
  • 1 cup thawed mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Step 1: First set your coconut cream in the fridge for 2 hrs. When ready to use do not shake and only use the top, solid white components, scrapping this off the top. You will use 1/2 – 3/4 of the can.
  2. Step 2: Add everything to your blender and blend until lovely and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Pour into a container.
  4. Step 4: Set in the freezer for at least 3 hrs or overnight.

*You can swap to any of our protein flavours or use WPI/WPC for a lower carb option.

  • 1 can (400ml) coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Step 1: First set your coconut cream in the fridge for 2 hrs. When ready to use do not shake and only use the top, solid white components, scrapping this off the top. You will use 1/2 – 3/4 of the can.
  2. Step 2: Add everything to your blender and blend until lovely and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Pour into a container.
